Terms of Service
These terms describe what you can expect from LittleStacks and what we expect from you. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
LittleStacks helps families catalog their children's books, log reading sessions, and get AI suggestions for what to read tonight. It is a tool for parents. We make a best-effort to keep it accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You may not share your account with anyone outside your family. You may invite a co-parent to share your family library; that person becomes a member of your family with the same access you have.
Subscription & payment
LittleStacks Premium is offered as a recurring subscription billed through Apple. Prices are shown in the paywall and are billed to your Apple ID. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel any time in Settings · Apple ID · Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID.
What you may not do
You may not scrape, decompile, or attempt to reverse engineer the app. You may not use it to harass anyone or upload content that doesn't belong to you. You may not abuse the AI features to generate content unrelated to children's books and family reading.
AI output
The AI recommendations and prompts are generated; they may occasionally be wrong, outdated, or off-tone. Use your own judgment about what to read with your kids.
Termination
You can delete your account any time from Account · Delete account inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Active subscriptions will be refunded only at Apple's discretion.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleStacks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
