Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: More → Account → Delete account. We wipe your library, kids, reading log, and photos. There is no undo.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LittleStacks → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
I restored my purchase but it says Free.
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that bought Premium. Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore in the top right. If it still says nothing to restore, email us with your Apple ID receipt.
A scan failed to recognize a book.
Try better lighting and a single book at a time. If it still misses, tap Add manually inside the app and type the title — the metadata lookup will fill in the cover.
My co-parent does not see my books.
Both of you must be signed in as members of the same family. Open More → Family → Invite co-parent and send a fresh invite link.
Can I export my reading log?
Not yet — it is on the roadmap. Email us if you need a CSV before we ship it; we can run one for you.
